The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was fresh. We appreciated the room: it was bright and big. Location: the hotel was so close to beautiful garden as well as venue's restaurant which is very good. It also was near the beach which is great for those who do n't want to cool off in the sea.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Location was great, if you are looking for a relaxing and calm vacation. Staff was great and very helpful and seem to go out of their way to make the stay there nice. The location is out of the way so it is nice they have Scooters available to rent. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and pleasing for the small hotel. We enjoyed are stay there and just wished we would have stayed longer!
There seems to be no designated non-smoking rooms. So the room we had (108) smelled extremely smoky from cigarettes. When we complained they tried to make it better with air fresheners and cleaning the room. They also added a electronic air cleaner that helped.

This place is in a great location, especially for schools organizing student trips, and the breakfast selection is diverse and affordable.

The beach, the very clean pool, the view at sunset, and free water sports facilities, the very efficient and polite staff especially the receptionist / manager, she knows how to treat customrs, the food and prices were reasonable, the rooms were also very clean and functioned well and were comfortable
The transport to and from the hotel from the pier is 300thb, but I understand transport in koh samui is generally ridiculously high - the hotel should consider transfer for guests

Very friendly staff, free water sports equipment, big clean bungalows, nice beach. Scooter is THB250 / day.
Terrible breakfast, terrible juices, no free Internet. Be aware that are two types of bungalows - one beach front, second non-front but on Booked.net there is only photo of the beach-fron one. Bungalow 8 is somewhat standard lower than others.
